Bridgestone MyRewards is a loyalty platform to incentivize the use of their tires. The site is a B2B product, with a points system that rewards sales with integrated e-commerce.
Each tire sold is associated with a score that can then be spent in the online store. We worked on this site by studying the use of the old platform and analyzing the previously recorded data.
After re-designing the architecture and making the site more usable, we focused on its users. Most mechanics use large tablets in both portrait and landscape mode. We have focused on this data to design a dynamic and effective site, easy to use during their work.
